Immo still doesn't work for Audi Q5 in. 21. After canot parse anti-theft data. I think this needs external service that Diagzone not support.

Go to bluetooth options and delete pairing for VCI connection, then go to diagzone and run diagnose and pair tablet again with VCI. This should help.

I have the same issue. Nothing helps, must reinstall all software.

Immo also doesn't work in Audi too. Why Diagzone sells useless functions?

I have it and it working partialy. For example Immo for Audi Q5 does not work. Propably Diagzone dont have external services in internet needed to calculate immo codes and do online procedures. Maybe @Leo could say something more i this case.

This is the same issue - failed to parse anti-theft data. Diagzone use internet connection during parsing anti-theft data so probably some kind of external service is needed to do this. But this service is not functioning. Maybe @Leo could explain where is source of this issue?
