yess. and also i find the issue. i have two user names for one device . whatever i do activation always go to first activated device in system... so e.g. i buy license for user A sn.343, but activation always goes to user B with sn.343

dear i have paid 3x for activation . money is deducted from account 3x in total 120usd but device still not activated

after test with eobd on car i still can not activate software in one small asia country ?
