Can diagzone reprogram the bcm to clear latched trouble codes for P1FFF and P0AA6 is to “Reprogram the bcm to clear codes once replaced the coolant level sensor on the high voltage system.? Can diagzone do this once buy the subscription for ev? Thanks in advance

I am getting a login error that says , This account has been lodged in by another user , do you want to try again . Have tried logging in and out and tried again but it comes back up . Any ideas please ?

This happens in old version and new version . My subscription hasn't expired and have logged out and back in . This happens after vin scan and selected transmission type before health check .
