I think that you tried the original scan tool app and it asked you to update the firmware, the same thing happen with me but i uninstalled diagzone and reinstalled it again and everything worjed again

I am trying to sign up to try Free EOBD to check if my device is support Diagzone before i buy registeation but when i am signing up i recieved a call from a strange number and when i entered the last four digit i see pop up message told me is wrong verfication code and i have only 3 times...
