I reset my device. formate tablet and even changed a new tablet .. and reinstalled the app from the website. I am logged in to the latest app with the same username, but the problem still persists .: disaccording between the software serial no and smartbox. and when i tested under a new tablet...

my experience. i verified more than 20pcs thinkdiag today.. If device light is red and verification process keep going more than 1 minute. disconnect them all..login out ..after few mins try again..some times you will have to try 3-5 times to pass verification..and you can download firmware...
