Dont You think its time to replace that obd device? Its from the times grandpa was young. Its hardware its limited. No wonder the software crashes. How much do you think its procesor can endure? The buffer its small compared to what the software has to exchange with any car on can network...

I had the same problem yesterday on a Peugeot 3008, 2019. Btw, diagzone reads IT as a 5008. When You check odometer, IT sees km only in bsi module. Plus, it didnt work from the first try. A lot of restarta, clossing apps, etc...

I have instaled IT over the old version and works like a charm. Also, i had a laguna 3 😃, 2008 that was not read by original launch v and VII versions, and diagzone saw IT directly and worked on it 😅.
