Why is the cummins software not connecting. Is there any one facing same issue with it.

When ever I use this app it works fine for a minute and shows low voltage and the app closes automatically. Plz solve the problem at the earliest. App crashes a lot. Software and firmware upgrade and downgrade options should be provided.

Bettery voltage in live data is 13 v and module voltage shows 7-9 voltage and the software hangs.
