When using USB cable for programming always gives same error "connection lost......" any solution?

For ECU reading/ writing must be made on USB cable and in Android 7 is not possible ,USB debugging option from Android 7 is useless So we hope that you guys from Diagzone you will check that bug thank you

Thank you for replay,today I tried on Android 7 same app version and is working without crashing the app diagzone app 20009 with immo prog 10.60 but the downside of Android 7 you can't work with xprog3 over USB cable so is u seles Would be great to repair that bug for Android 11 we are in 2022 now😁

Hy, when I try to read an eeprom with immoprog and xprog3 the app is cracking down when input name for the read file any advice or is just a software bug ? Android version of tablet is v11 thsnk you
