Mazda CX30 2020

Hi,
I couldn't diagnose Mazda CX30 2020 as the software didn't allow me to access. It did pick the vin number automatically but couldn't go any further for some reason. I couldn't even able to send any feedback though the Diagzone tool.

Has this issue been resolved?

I experienced the same problem when using auto search. I had to use manual search, but the manual search table for Mazda Gen7 when I entered "Confirm" on one of the Markets didn't display any results in software version 44.20.
