There have been instances where i have activated brand newThinkdiag4 with serial number 97986 they are scanning Indian mahindra in EOBD but not in brand showing error saying " Communication error with vehicle ecu". This thing started after last mahindra update which threw duplicate (Multiple) 2 softwares for indian mahindra. It has happened to many thinkdiag scanners till now. Older activations keep on running smoothly with this car brand. Some instances also happened with old thinkdiag after Indian mahindra software updates.
