You might need to flash the firmware on it to pass verification, I did to use ***** with my thinkdiag 2 vci along with a specific version of the software. Hopefully someone who has got it working with diagzone will be able to help.

I had the same problem and couldn't flash it so got a replacement and that was better.

Aeller enabled test mode but I had to flash it first to connect, it wouldn't connect to *** without flashing. Everything has now been fixed by a member on here to sent v57 to me

I've emailed support about this before and never had a reply, I don't think it's possible but hopefully someone with more knowledge will confirm this.

Diagzone doesn't work, just gives an error when trying to validate but it doesn't say what the error is.

The firmware was found via a video on YouTube but no mention of v57 needed. Can you send the apk? if it works I'll then be able to ask seller to setup account properly with all cars.
