I had this when the car brands were saved to an sd card, moving the to internal storage on the tablet sped things up for me.

I've seen it doesn't work on a 2013 Peugeot 208 or a 2016 Nissan Qashqai.

Have you installed the files to an sd card, if you have try installing to internal storage and try again.

I run the software from a tablet and use the sd card for the storage but I think it depends on the tablet and how you format the sd card. My Samsung a8 runs it using an sd card for storage but my teclast m40 Pro doesn't like it so I use the tablet storage.

Have you paid for immo? I don't think it is included for the base price, it's an additional add on.

The one time I had a similar message I had to remove the software completely and install again, I can only assume the update (I had just updated from v020 to 021) hadn't fully worked. After a clean install everything worked as normal.

024 works for me on mucar bt200 for Peugeot.

Now I've set the storage to use the internal storage it works perfectly with ***, I assume it will do the same with diagzone.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just trying that now, hopefully it works, it's frustrating having to install the software each time I want to use use. I'll report back if it works.

Scanning was much quicker than v19 when connected to a 2013 Peugeot 208 but when trying to access a module it took so long I gave up, at least 3 or 4 minutes just to get to 14% of trying to access the bsi module.

Have you completed the eobd test?

You need to to install the app and complete the eobd test, if this works the option to buy the software is then available.

If it worked before can you go back to an older version of the software and try that.
