Hi, I am goig to take advantage of this thead for some help with CHERY cars. I'm recieving the same mesage of disacording serial number between software and vci or smartbox. I'm using latest version V2.00.13 and it work fine with other brands but not with Chery. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

Excellent solution. Worked for me. Run offline Logout then scan the car with EOBD/OBDII and then you can scann by specific brand. Thanks for that solution. I hope work for others
