I never encountered an issue using SDCARD.. better you to uninstall and delete the DZ folder... restart your phone, install again DZ V2, and change DZ storage pointing to SD Card .. download 1 brand either EOBD or other car brand , and test..

have you purchase full brand? if yes, you can check in update menu and download all car brands.

I found the same issue, no brand icon.. Tablet 7 inch, Android ver 8.1.0 , but when I try on another tablet 8 inch, different brand, using android ver 9, the brand icon back.... so icon disappear depends on tablet type.. hope Leo can fix this.

I faced same problem, the issue was my old 057 still running while I also open PRO V2 007.. just need to quit from old application.. and new application (007) will work

Nope.. i have done this several times. and actually Leo told me how to fix firmware issue using original FW.. are you guessing or just afraid original app will block thinkdiag?

try firmware fix on diagzone , or load original fw using original thinkdiag app.. it works for me..
