I have thinkdiag 2 When I try to do verification it says system is creating files. Please wait 15mins. It has been much longer and still same message. Is thinkdiag2 no longer working ?

On thinkdiag 2. I get message You have to wait 15mins and start verification again System creates your files I wait longer than 15mins but still same message. Am I doing something wrong ?
