h every one i have easy diag thinkdiag and do alot of online programming for dacia ecm but now told me error 405 but before when i click on file it download and reflash done any one have this problem !?!!

hi i have think diag i used it to do online programming at renault ecu and tcm and do this alot time but now error masseage and i cannot do online update why? i tried another phone and another car at all it is stoped working with same message i will send u apic of error plz help thx
