I have the same problem with special functions in Ford 2017 and some others vehicles, I don`t remember exactly. Program reports "not connected to network", but there is no problems with download and update software. My account is valid til 2024.

CHRYSLER Pacifica MY19+ need CAN FD interace to diagnose all modules too. I did not checked with Diagzone (THINKDIAG). Launch pro mini works good.
