I think there will be no online programming because the s/n is not registered with the manufacturer.It will work if diagzone has its own servers.

Uninstall diagzone completely and delete its folder anywhere (internal or SD card). Then reinstall application diagzone It happened to me.Now it's working.

Ford Kuga 2015 tdci 2.0L .it takes too long to load vehicle Data and it does this for each system and also reading fault code.
