Bought device from a guy a year ago set my own password and forgot it, account works on old phone as its saved but i need to use it on the new one,I need help resetting account password , tried emailing support but no answer.

tried to code audi a4 abs unit after replacement with long coding entered security access code but it gives an error when coding (used original launch from a friend and it was coded) can you help fix this issue please thank you kindly
