Hi, why does the Intelligent vehicle identification in V2.00.019 not read vin automatically for Audi and VW cars yet V1.00.057 read vin from car and identity? Yet when you scan vehicle by selecting brand it identifies vehicle correctly see pic attached... OK engine size wrong.

Hi has anyone experienced any problems with the latest update of Renault? It would not communicate with Renault Logan, tried Launch X431 Pro 3S and no problem. I then downgraded Diagzone Renault to 43.50 and worked perfectly.

download ford update V48.65....works like a dream....nothing to do with V2.00.9....i have same problem on V1.00.057 when using any version after Ford V48.65. Lasted version V49.00 does work but is slow to process vehicle info ( +/- 3mins) before scan options and gives the internet connection...

Hi All I noticed that when scanning Ford vehicles it that's almost 3min after Diagzone has identified the correct vehicle and loads vehicle info become I can actually do system scan. It first give an error about not being able to connect to internet to download execution file. If you select OK...

i agree especially if when there is a bug in update and you cant scan vehicle.

Also noticed it on both Vw & Audi it reads vin but does not identify the corresponding model as before you need to input vin manually on report printed for customers.

I used the Haval M6 and it worked using Launch X431

experienced exact same problem especially on Ranger and Ecosport models. If you use any version of for prior to V48.00 then it loads instantly. I have found a work around on the Rangers is to scan using Mazda software and it works without delay. Reported via feedback on Diagzone app but no...
