Diagzone apk, license lost

Does anyone else have the same problem. I returned the tablet to factory reset, reinstalled the dz apk, logged in, but now I only have a couple of apks to download, it's not just a problem for me, several friends have the same problem. It's as if someone deleted the existing licenses and now only offers the option of re-purchasing a new license. What's going on?
