There is a software bug when performing Steering Angle Calibration / Zero Point Calibration / Check Mode on Toyota JDM vehicles (specifically 2006–2012 Vanguard, RAV4, Alphard) using ThinkDiag 2 on Diagzone PRO.
Special Function Hotkey Error: When going through Special Function -> Steering Angle Reset, it returns: "This system has no special function."
Check Mode Loss of Communication: When entering ABS / VSC System -> Special Function -> Signal Check / Check Mode, the communication drops with the error: "Lost communication with control module".
Other scanners (Autel / Xtool) execute this Check Mode function smoothly without losing connection.
Please fix the CAN protocol timing / keep-alive delay for Toyota JDM ABS ECUs in the next Toyota update.
